30 Day Refund Guarantee
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, if it arrived damaged or had an issue. We will organise a replacement or refund dependant on case. All products have to be unused and in original condition

How Refunds Work
Once your refund is approved, processing takes 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's complete.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with a photograph. We'll make it right at no cost to you — no return required, no questions asked.
Delivery Guarantee
If your order hasn't arrived within 40 days, we'll investigate immediately. If the package cannot be located, you'll receive a full refund.
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, used grooming tools and opened consumable products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items showing signs of misuse or items returned outside the 30 day window.
